NG Bailey has won a major new facilities services contract with Land Securities to maintain Trinity Leeds, the new one million sq ft shopping centre in Leeds.
The two-year contract will see NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division provide mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services to the shopping centre.
The services support will be delivered by an eight-man residential team based on site, which will be conducting reactive maintenance as well as planned preventative maintenance to all of the shopping centre’s services.
Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, said:
Trinity Leeds is one of the largest retail and leisure facilities to be developed in the UK in recent years and we are thrilled to have been awarded the contract.
Land Securities has invested heavily in developing a model that will give the customer a world class shopping experience and NG Bailey has been involved early in the process to ensure this model succeeds right from the start.
This is a significant win for us and further demonstrates our reputation for excellence in the retail arena.
