Benenden Health scoops hat trick of customer service awards

Completing a three year hat-trick, Benenden Health has been voted as winner in the health category of the Moneywise ‘Most Trusted’ Customer Service Awards 2013.

Benenden Health, which is based in York and provides a range of discretionary healthcare services for a membership of over 900,000 across the UK, once again took the prize at the awards, seeing off competitors in a strong shortlist featuring AXA PPP, Aviva, Bupa, Pruhealth and Simplyhealth.

Marc Bell, chief executive at Benenden Health said:

“We are thrilled to win this award, which reallyrecognises our dedication to providing high quality customer service. Our team continually strive to give our members the best possible service and to win such a prestigious award three years in a row really demonstrates how central this is to our organisation.

More than 20,000 members of the public voted for the awards, which recognise the most trustworthy and reliable financial service companies in the UK. This number of respondents makes it the biggest customer service survey of its kind in the UK.
