The Leeds office of St Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has leased 3.5 acres of open storage space at Parkside Industrial Estate in Doncaster, securing the presence of leading specialist asset rental business, Dawsongroup Plc, to the town.

Dawsongroup Plc has taken two separate compounds at Parkside, including a 1.75 acre unit for its Dawsonrentals Truck & Trailer Limited division and a 1.75 acre unit for Hiregate Vehicle Rental Ltd, a business to business van rental company.

Both lettings are on a five year lease.

Richard Bannister, development manager at St Modwen, said:

“We are delighted that Dawsongroup Plc has completed its move to Parkside Industrial Estate, where there are now only 3 acres of open storage land available to rent and our buildings are fully occupied.

“Our investment in Parkside and refurbishment of the buildings has enhanced our offer and has enabled us to secure some quality tenants.”

Freya Dawson from Dawsongroup Plc said:

“The site appealed to me from day one. Parkside is in a great location with regard to covering our customer base. The industrial estate is smart and well-kept thus keeping up with the calibre of site we like to run our businesses from.

“St Modwen has been very accommodating and I look forward to watching our companies develop from this new location.”

Parkside Industrial Estate is a quality destination for local and national businesses looking for affordable, safe, and flexible storage, alongside great transport links.

Following the refurbishment to the warehouse accommodation, St. Modwen has created secure open storage space, providing over ten acres of fenced compounds. DTZ acted for St Modwen.

Located in North Doncaster, Parkside Industrial Estate is adjacent to the A638, within easy reach of both the A1(M) and the M18.
