hlw Keeble Hawson has appointed an experienced corporate lawyer as partner in its Leeds office.
Michael Cantwell, who is joining the firm from Chadwick Lawrence, has strong links with a number of corporate finance teams in the city, through extensive experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions and private equity.
His previous work includes advising high profile clients in sport and property development on transactions worth in excess of £100 million.
Mr Cantwell said:

Following graduation with a fist class degree in law from Napier University, Edinburgh in 2006, Mr Cantwell started his legal career at Walker Morris and Gordons before joining Chadwick Lawrence.
