Following the success of the Lateral House Refurbishment project in Leeds, ID:SR is again working as consultants to MACE who were appointed to refurbish and fit-out an office relocation project in Beverley, Yorkshire, for the Environment Agency.

The project will see 36 Environment Agency staff relocating from their existing premises in Hull to the 5,800 sq ft office suite in Crosskill House, Beverley.

The refurbishment programme will include a comprehensive fit-out to create an open plan office, and will include a refresh kitchen, informal meeting areas, three formal meeting rooms and a client greeting area.

ID:SR will be incorporating the same palette of materials and finishes, inspired by the natural environment, that they developed for the Environment Agency’s office in Leeds.

Marie Leyland, who heads up ID:SR’s Manchester team, said:

“After the successful completion of the Leeds office in January 2013, we are pleased to be able to continue working with MACE in delivering to the  Environment Agency consistency of brand and quality across their regional offices.”

David Clarke, project manager at the Environment Agency, said:

“We are extremely pleased to extend our strong working relationship with the MACE team following the successful fit-out of our Leeds office, ID:SR has designed an extremely useable and inspiring workspace.

“We look forward to welcoming staff to the newly completed Beverley office in March 2014.”
