Harrogate-based Redsky Learning has bolstered its client base after being appointed by three national companies.
The learning and development specialist has been commissioned to design bespoke management development programmes for Neal’s Yard, Arriva Buses and Links of London.
Following a strategic review of its business, Neal’s Yard has tasked Redsky Learning with creating a programme to develop the leadership and commercial capabilities of the stores’ retail managers across the country.
The programme will be delivered through a series of high impact workshops, as well as and one to one coaching.
Also working with Arriva Buses, Redsky Learning will create an Aspire Programme aimed at team members considering a move to management.
The company will deliver a number of activities designed to raise self-awareness and personal insight.
In addition, the company has been commissioned by Links of London to develop a 12 month area management programme, developed alongside the company’s strategic business aims, and focusing on enhancing performance and creating a higher performing team.
Diane Coolican, managing director of Redsky Learning, said:
“We are delighted to be working with these three nationally recognised and influential companies.
“Each programme has been designed to reflect the companies’ individual goals and cultures, to inspire staff and encourage teams to achieve better results.
“Both creativity and effective leadership are essential skills for the success of any business and we are looking forward to working closely with Neal’s Yard, Arriva Buses and Links of London to meet their business objectives.”
