Leeds and London executive search and selection company, Flint Hyde is marking a milestone tenth anniversary with continued growth and the purchase of city centre offices in York Place.

The specialist in director and senior management appointments has purchased contemporary offices in York Place comprising 4,888 sq ft.

The new premises are also home to Flint Hyde’s sister company Vitae Selection. Founded in 2008 and experiencing exceptional growth throughout 2013, the business recruits senior appointments globally across wide ranging markets including consumer, oil, mining and advisory sectors.

Both companies jointly employ 25 staff across their Leeds and London locations.

Richard Larking, commercial property specialist and partner at the Leeds office of hlw Keeble Hawson, one of the region’s biggest law firms, acted for Flint Hyde.

He said:

“The majority of Flint Hyde and Vitae Selection projects and assignments stem from recommendations and the businesses have established a powerful reputation and prestigious client base regionally, nationally and internationally.

“York Place sits in the heart of the business district and complements the companies’ ambitious growth plans.”

Flint Hyde director and founding partner James Hyde said:

“hlw Keeble Hawson handled the deal with great efficiency and professionalism.

“The move comes at a formative time in our development and complements our strategic plans to expand both businesses in Leeds.

“The purchase also gives us the flexibility to operate serviced offices to help small companies who are in a similar position to ourselves ten years ago – to get off the ground.”

With offices in Sheffield, Leeds and Doncaster, hlw Keeble is at the heart of the Yorkshire business and wider community.
