Archie leads the way to provide Christmas Cheer at Battersea

A Yorkshire business is preparing to send Christmas treats to Battersea Dogs and Cats home.

Hundreds of abandoned and unwanted animals are being looked after by Battersea this Christmas, and Spectrum Cleaning Solutions wanted to make sure that the dogs in Battersea’s care received some seasonal treats.

Karen Bettridge, operations director at the firm, said:

“Battersea is our chosen charity for 2013 and we have sponsored a kennel every week however, we didn’t want Christmas to come and go without thinking about how we could add value to the charity and its good work at this special time of year.

“In 2013 Battersea have cared for more than 5,500 dogs and it is heart wrenching to see how badly treated some of these animals are.

“Hopefully by Spectrum Cleaning Solutions showing some ‘tlc’ and sending some little indulgences this Christmas the dogs will have a happier time.”
