Harworth Estates, the UK property regeneration company, has made three appointments to support its ambitious plans for growth.
Harworth has expanded its business space division with the appointments of Dave Travis and Liz Askam and promoted Gary Owens.
All three appointments will take effect on January 2, 2014.
Dave Travis will join as business parks manager from Lambert Smith Hampton’s asset management team.
Reporting to business space director Campbell Carruth, he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Harworth’s business park portfolio.
Liz Askam has been appointed as property manager in the team.
Harworth’s business space division manages 1 million sq ft of industrial and office space across 15 sites.
Gary Owens has been promoted to estates and development manager,reporting to Harworth’s executive team, which is headed by chief executive Owen Michaelson.
A replacement for Owen’s existing role within the natural resources will be sought.
The appointments of Travis, Askam and Owens follow those in September of Chris Davidson as development manager in the major projects team, Iain Thomson as partnerships manager, Laura O’Neil as HR manager and Hannah Moxon as a graduate in the natural resources division.
