Keighley-based Office Interiors Wholesale has acquired an additional 45,000 sq ft premises thanks to a commercial mortgage from NatWest.
The company which was formed back in 1983 by current MD Mike Wloch design and manufacture a comprehensive range of contract office furniture in a factory it owns 33 per cent of located in the Far East and then distributes it to dealers throughout the whole of the UK.
Working with Senior Relationship Manager Julian Nutchey, Office Interiors Wholesale bought the warehouse located in the Airedale Business Park after obtaining a commercial mortgage of £1.7 million as part of the bank’s participation with the Government’s Funding for Lending Scheme.
The firm moved into the new facility earlier this month.
Mike Wloch, managing director of Office Interiors Wholesale, said the new warehouse will meet the demands of the growing business.
Office Interiors Wholesale currently employs 19 people and Mike said they are looking to increase their workforce in the future. He also praised the support he was given by Julian throughout the process.
