A new Turley lead in Leeds

John Brooks has been promoted to the role of office director at planning consultancy Turley in Leeds.

John is an experienced planning professional and well known in the Yorkshire, Humberside and North East regions having worked in a similar role for DTZ over the previous seven years.

He will be supported by planning director Matthew Sheppard.

John takes over the role from Bob May, who has been appointed as director of corporate social responsibility.

Bob, who is also the Chair of the Turley Charitable Trust, will work on this new role and client projects from the Turley Manchester office.

Rob Lucas, chief executive, Turley, said:

“John is a great addition to the company’s leadership with sound experience in the regions we serve from Leeds.

“I will enjoy working with him.”

Bob May said:

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my four years in Leeds and now look forward to a new role combining client and corporate work out of Manchester.”
