Free business advice cafe set to “pop up” in Richmond for one day

A free one day pop up business advice café is being held in Richmond next week for local businesses.

Richmondshire District Council is working with  Dales Business Forum and the Local Enterprise Partnership to host a business “drop in” event, bringing together some of the local business experts to offer help and advice to all types of business whether large or small from across the district.

The event starts with a Network Breakfast at 8am with presentations taking place throughout the day on: –  Marketing ideas to promote your business better, Top tips to get more enquiries from your website, Prepare for the Tour de France – get practical and Increase your takings. 

There will be 12 different drop in sessions at various times on subjects such as finance, tax,  business growth, apprentices, marketing and digital skills.

Coun Russell Lord, spokesperson for partnerships, said:

“We have plenty of local expertise waiting to give practical answers on all things business,” said .

“The business café  is aimed at anyone in business and we are urging local businesses to come together to stimulate and generate ideas to assist them to thrive and grow.”

The event takes place on April 30 at the Kings Head Hotel in Richmond from 8am
