Building on the success of the Camp Hill site in Kirklington, North Yorkshire, Yurtshire, the yurt holiday specialists founded by Yorkshire born entrepreneur Tom Sterne, is getting ready to open two new sites for their hand built yurts.

Umberslade Park, Warwickshire and Newburgh Priory, North Yorkshire will be perfect for romantic breaks, family getaways or a weekend away with friends – the two majestic venues promise a magical getaway with a difference.

Located amongst the rolling countryside of Warwickshire, “Yurtshire Umberslade” overlooks Umberslade Farm Park, which offers a whole host of activities for young and old alike.

With three self contained yurts, its the perfect setting for a relaxing break away from the rat race.

Back in North Yorkshire, Yurtshire is pitching up in the historic Newburgh Priory site, just a stone’s throw from North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

Founder Tom Sterne said:

“It’s a pleasure to open two more fantastic locations for our yurt holiday accommodation.

“As a lover of the great outdoors, but also appreciating home comforts, I was inspired to create the perfect combination of comfort and getting back to nature with Yurtshire.

“Whilst offering an element of luxury, it’s still great value for money, so there’s no excuse not to get away with friends and family this summer. Watch this space for more Yurtshire sites to explore in the future.”

Each yurt is equipped with everything the seasoned glamper needs, from a wood burning stove, a comfy bed to lay your head after a day of exploring, a private hot gas shower and its very own private flushing toilet – the only yurt accommodation in Yorkshire to offer such a luxury.
