Sheffield City Region’s new Logistics Hub UK group has been officially launched.
Sheffield City Region’s Logistics Hub UK is a partnership of private-sector companies and the public sector to promote the region’s capabilities.
The partners are committed to the growth and development of the logistics, distribution and warehousing sector in Doncaster and the Sheffield City Region.
Verdion, Gazeley, Peel Land and Property, Harworth Estates. Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield together with Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership, Business Doncaster, Doncaster Chamber of Commerce and Doncaster College are the sponsoring partners of this initiative.
The group’s new website www.logisticshubuk.com showcases the availability of sites, workforce demographics in the Sheffield City Region, while promoting the area’s connectivity and multimodal capabilities.
It brings together all the competitive advantages of the region as the place to invest and highlights property and infrastructure developments, as well as key successes.
