A new online service that provides corporate executives, investors and MBI candidates with daily alerts on established companies coming to the market for sale at a value of £750,000 to £30m in the UK and abroad has been launched.
www.dealconnections.co.uk will alert subscribers of information on over 50 deals a week and the chance to see more than 85 per cent of all businesses for sale at this level in the UK.
Deal Connections is an aggregator of companies for sale – sourcing information, on an hour by hour basis, from accountants, business brokers, advisors, other consolidators and its own research.
The team behind Deal Connections has extensive experience in M&A, including two decades of specific expertise in the Management Buy-In market, where it estimates that there are at least ten thousand individuals looking to buy a business of this scale in the UK alone.
CEO James Waterhouse, who led the takeover of AIM listed Atlantic Global by a high profile US investment team in 2010, has a 25 year track record in the IT sector.
