Leeds accountancy firm Baker Tilly has appointed John Brien as associate director in its private client tax team.
In his new role, John, who joins Baker Tilly from law firm Gordons LLP, will be responsible for advising trust clients on tax planning and administration.
He will report to the partners in the 25-strong Baker Tilly private client tax team in Leeds.
John has 16 years’ experience of working in private client tax teams in some of the city’s major accountancy and legal firms including Gordons LLP, Menzies LLP and Deloitte.
