Leeds-based law firm, Blacks Solicitors LLP has acted on behalf of leading IT service provider, Comms-care on a significant acquisition deal to help the company build on its overall service strategy now and in the future.
Comms-care, which deals with leading network vendors, including Cisco, HP, IBM and Dell made the strategic decision to acquire Platform Consultancy Services to penetrate deeper into the IT professional services market as it looks to expand its customer propositions around Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and NetApp technologies.
This follows a string of major acquisition deals for Blacks’ progressive Corporate department.
