A popular York motorcycle dealership is going from strength to strength, having recently completed a 15-year lease on its premises on Lawrence Street.

A1 Moto Services, a leading Triumph Motorcycle dealership, has also extensively refurbished its showroom and launched a new website during the first five months of 2014.

The company, headed by Darren Roebuck, began trading in 1998 from a small shop in Market Weighton as a scooter and used bike dealership.

The business relocated to York in 2001 and began trading as a Triumph franchise dealership in 2002, before moving to its current premises in 2006.

Langleys Solicitors in York acted for Darren Roebuck on the lease deal, which secures the firm’s location at Lawrence Street until 2029.

James Bradley, solicitor at Langleys, said:

“A1 Moto Services is a well-known and well respected business in York, and we are delighted to have worked with them to secure their location for the next 15 years.”

Commenting on the lease renewal, Darren Roebuck said:

“2014 has so far been a very busy year for us, and we are looking ahead to a very positive future.

“The team at Langleys were helpful and responsive throughout the process.”

A1 Moto Services has been recognised with a raft of awards over the years; accolades include National Dealer of the Year in the Rider Power Survey 2009 and Triumph Dealer of the Year 2007 and 2010.
