A Huddersfield-based family business is on track to showcase its products at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Disposables UK’s Bay West paper towels and dispensers will be used by thousands of visitors over the next 11 days at The SECC (Scottish Conference and Exhibition Centre) in Glasgow.

Supplied through Disposables UK’s distributor, Wilson Washrooms, the range will be used at the SSE Hydro and The Clyde Auditorium (also known as The Armadillo).

Disposables UK was introduced to the SECC last year by catering and hospitality company, Elior UK, who were impressed by the brand’s eco-friendly credentials and associated cost-savings, as well as its ability to cope with high volumes of washroom users.

Emma Wood, marketing manager at Disposables UK, said:

“We are delighted that our Bay West range is in such demand by leading leisure venues such The SECC.

“It’s a real thrill to know that our products will be used at The SSE Hydro and The Clyde Auditorium during the Commonwealth Games.”
