Insurance provider NCI Group has announced two senior appointments – Andrew Mirfin as national account manager and Simon Berry as account manager.
Both Andrew and Simon’s extensive experience and proven track record in insurance B2B sales, will enhance NCI’s strategic growth plans to develop affinity and partnerships schemes across pet, motor, breakdown and claims services.
Andrew Mirfin joins from Broker Network, part of the Towergate Group, where he was head of sales & countrywide. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working for a number of large financial services firms including Bradford & Bingley and Aviva.
He will be responsible for managing the external sales force, generating new business, developing partnerships, white label and affinity schemes with independent brokers.
Simon Berry joins from Direct Line Group where he was client relationship manager. Simon has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having worked in the industry since 2004 Direct Line Group, RBS Insurance and UKI Partnerships.
His relationship management skills and ability to develop cost effective sales propositions will help drive business forward for NCI.
