Two new office lettings have been secured at The Exchange, Harrogate, as the premises approaches a fully let status.
The UK’s largest specialist health and social care legal practice, Hempsons, has taken an additional 2,600 sq ft on the third floor, whilst Harrogate’s newest architectural company, Smalley Marsey Rispin Architects has taken 2,000 sq ft on the second floor.
Both deals were brokered for landlord by property consultant Carter Jonas.
Amanda Marsey of Smalley Marsey Rispin Architects said: “We are delighted to start our new venture within such a light and modern environment.
“Our staff are key to our successes and this open space has allowed us to create the one team atmosphere we were hoping for.”
Chris Hartnell, senior surveyor with Carter Jonas, said: “Harrogate is an affluent town, attracting high quality occupiers but there is now a distinct lack of top quality office space in the Town Centre.
“We now only have one remaining suite To Let in The Exchange – testament to the fact that this landmark ten storey office building provides prestigious space which is in great demand.”
