Klinger UK has opened a new technology training centre in Bradford to deliver specialist precision engineering training to its employees and client base worldwide.

Part of a £5 million programme of investment currently underway by the industrial gaskets specialist, the new training centre on Bradford’s Euroway Industrial Estate has installed the latest computer-controlled cutting and measuring equipment, to manufacture exotic alloy ring type joints and highly complex machined parts, which are in increasing demand by the international oil and gas industries.

“Our own project management teams and engineers will benefit from the new training facility and pass on their expertise to our worldwide client base,” said Klinger UK managing director Alan Bates.

“We will be hosting visits and training courses for our customers, particularly from the Middle East, U.S., Africa, Australia and the Far East and Klinger project managers will also provide on-site training and mentoring in those countries.”

One of the world’s leading developers, manufacturers and distributors of quality sealing products for the global oil and gas industry, Klinger also has a growing customer base in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, food and nuclear industries.
