New head of branch announced for John Lewis Sheffield

John Lewis has announced that Tom Holmes will become the new head of branch at John Lewis Sheffield, replacing James Prince who will become head of branch at John Lewis Leeds when it opens this autumn. 

Tom has worked in the John Lewis Partnership for over 16 years and has experience of working both in head office and in shops, previously holding various management positions in John Lewis Nottingham and John Lewis Sheffield. 

He is currently business development manager in the retail team based in John Lewis’s head office in London, but is delighted to be returning to his hometown of Sheffield where he will lead the team of 427 Partners.  

Commenting on the new role, Tom said: “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of head of branch at John Lewis Sheffield and can’t wait to get started. I was born and raised in Sheffield, it’s my hometown and I’m incredibly passionate about this city.

“It’s an exciting new challenge and I look forward to working with the incredible team of Partners that are already based there.” 

Tom will officially start his role in August.
