Lucre builds food and drink team

Lucre has further strengthened its food and drink offering with new appointments and promotions across the agency.

Vickie Rogerson, formerly Head of Food PR at Asda, brings 20 years’ experience in the retail and FMCG industry to the agency.

Rogerson’s extensive knowledge and experience of the retail sector includes launching Asda’s Wonky Veg range, developing a cheese range with Alex James and bringing thousands of its own label food and drink products to market.

She has previously worked at PR agencies across a host of nationally-recognised brands, including Pork Farms, Butterkist, Quorn, Ben & Jerry’s, Seabrook Crisps and Onken.

Further strengthening the team is the appointment of account manager, Ali Gwynne, to its London office, and the promotion of three of its Leeds-based senior account executives to the role of account manager; Brett Cullen, Lucy Kitching and Nick Horbowyj. In addition, three entry-level account executive roles have been created across its two offices.

Lucre director Tamarind Wilson-Flint said: “We are proud of the growth of our teams and the further expansion of our expertise at a senior level. We understand the importance of laying strong foundations, which has led to this significant growth of the lucre team in both our London and Leeds offices this year.
