Two new faces have joined innovative Yorkshire-based design and brand consultancy, SoVibrant.
The company, behind image and profile transformations for big names like HSBC and Royal Mail as well as clients in retail, education and the public sector, has welcomed 3D design graduate Ryan Blackburn and trained architect Amric Manku to its ranks.
Managing director Adam Atkinson said the appointments were made to both expand and consolidate the portfolio of services offered to clients, which currently include brand and interior design, graphics and artwork, including 3D and new media.
Ryan strengthens our offer in 3D design – fast becoming an increasingly important sphere – while Amric gives us a deeper understanding of how you can blend architecture with interior design to create an inspiring and ergonomically sympathetic workspace.
More and more employers are realising there’s real evidence to suggest productivity increases if you provide something more than a four-sided box to work in.
It’s true some firms may also be looking to downsize – but that doesn’t mean a smaller office has to be soulless or uninspiring and our expansion ensures we can continue to meet the demand for a rejuvenated workspace.
Graduate Ryan Blackburn, 26, joins SoVibrant with an MA in 3D design from HuddersfieldUniversity, while Amric Manku, 32, has extensive experience as a conventional, RIBA-qualified architect, working on projects which have included both large developments and small extensions.
SoVibrant was an attractive proposition as it’s a young, highly-creative company. “The range of projects makes it an exciting challenge; I’ve already enjoyed working on some workspace analysis for some pretty large organisations, which is a fascinating extension of the design principles I’m used to dealing with.
I know I’m lucky to find a job which makes Monday something to look forward to. The 3D sector is growing fast so staying on top of the latest innovations is going to be important.
