Key Healthcare committed to industry-leading training

Wetherby-based care centre group, , is investing heavily in staff development, putting all 220 members of the team through industry leading training and qualifications.

All staff at Key Healthcare’s three care centres in Middlesbrough, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and St Helens, undertake Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) certificates in Dementia, End of Life and Safeguarding training as standard.

A handful of staff are also currently studying for Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership for Care Services.

We recruit our staff from a variety of backgrounds and reap the benefits of our diverse workforce. However, this necessitates a dedication from us to offer tailored training to all of our staff from the commencement of their employment – a requirement we always meet and then surpass.
