Engage Mutual has appointed a new health director.
Kate McIntyre will be responsible for running the Yorkshire mutual’s health business and tasked with growing its share of the health market. She also becomes a member of the organisation’s executive committee.
Kate cut her teeth as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers before going on to hold senior positions at a number of high-profile organisations including First Direct, HBOS and AXA PPP healthcare.
She joins from her current role as group finance director at marketing and consulting business, We are 2020.

Kate lives in Leeds and holds a degree in Russian and German from the University of Leeds. She is a keen runner and will be participating in this year’s Manchester and Berlin marathons.
Harrogate-based Engage Mutual is one of the larger UK mutuals providing simple, value for money health, protection, savings and investment products to around 500,000 customers.
