The awards ceremony will be held on 20 May 2013 at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Old Trafford, Manchester and all finalists are guaranteed to receive either a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Highly Commended Award.
The hotel has also been shortlisted for two Visit York Tourism Awards, Hotel of the Year and Restaurant of the Year, the results of which will be announced on the 9 May.

The award nomination follows a remarkable 2012, in which the hotel won ‘Large Hotel of the Year’ at Yorkshire’s White Rose Awards as well as receiving its formal 5-star certification from the AA and two AA Rosettes for The Grill Room at the Grand restaurant.
