Richmondshire retailers are being invited to a special free workshop to help boost sales and customer feedback – as they build up to the 2014 visit of the Tour de France.
Welcome 2 Yorkshire – supported by Richmondshire District Council – is hosting the “customer service” session at Richmond Station on September 13.
Retail and commercial expert – and television’s Queen of customer service – Kate Hardcastle, will help delegates improve the customer journey and understand needs to improve sales.
Business and communities manager, Pat Wilson, said:
“This session will prove invaluable to retailers across the district.
“This motivational speaker will help our local businesses to achieve the very best out of what should prove to be a huge economic boost to our area not just on the day of the Tour de France stage in Richmondshire, but in the months before and the years to follow.”
Places for the half day session – from 10am until 1pm –must be pre booked through email@example.com. Two people per organisation will be able to attend.
