Tim Morgan, Chairman of Leeds-based property investment specialist, Emerging Real Estate, has been elected to the Board of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).
The AIPP is the industry body for best practice in the international property sector. Its members voluntarily agree to follow a professional code of conduct and include property agents, developers and lawyers amongst others.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Morgan said:
“Emerging Real Estate has been a member of the AIPP since 2007 and this prestigious appointment is great recognition from those who uphold the highest standards in our industry. I look forward to working with – and adding value to – the Board, and to further growing our membership.”
The milestone development coincides with a significant period of growth for Emerging Real Estate which has recently increased the size of its team with three new appointments.
MD of AIPP, Peter Robinson said:
“Tim’s appointment comes at an exciting time for the AIPP as we are now part of a much larger property body through the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) with its 14,000 members in the UK.
“This has helped drive our expansion into larger offices in Westminster which our members may use free of charge for meetings.
“Tim’s breadth and depth of expertise, coupled with his strategic input and knowledge of our industry, will be a huge asset. We look forward to working with him.”
