The self-catering apartment, which sleeps up to six guests, is owned by business woman Taryna Bradford, who has given the property a distinct Italian feel, complete with Italian lakes mural.
The apartment, which is already booked for next year’s Yorkshire leg of the Tour de France cycle race, is the 121st property to be managed by Harrogate Holidays.
Harrogate Holidays managing director Alison Hartwell said:
“It is great that owners go to so much effort to be a little different. I am sure the Italian Suite will appeal to leisure and business guests alike.
“The apartment, which has been refurbished to a very high standard, is situated in a very good location. Cold Bath Road has become a very trendy area of town.
“It boasts art galleries, delis and cafes, plus it is very close to the town centre and the International Centre.”
Mrs Hartwell added:
“We are very grateful to Deena for officially opening the Italian Suite.”
