A West Yorkshire network security firm is gearing up for an increase in business by moving to new premises.
In addition to investing in the newly refurbished office – and leading-edge research and development initiatives – Sec-1 is also recruiting more staff .
The company has moved from office space in Stanningley into the larger-building at Centre 27 Business Park in Birstall
Managing director Matt Hawnt said:
“We see our move to these new premises as a significant milestone in the 12 year history of Sec-1.
“Over the next two years we plan to accelerate the development of our team, and as part of this we will be increasing the number of Penetration Testers.
“We are currently seeking out the very best new talent looking for a career in info security.
“In addition, our Research & Development work will remain focussed on how best to secure our clients against the most current threats – through targeted manual penetration testing and our automated Web Application Scanning engine, ‘Detonator’.”
The service portfolio includes a range of premium testing services – including specialist compliance solutions for Councils (PSN CoCo) and payment card merchants (PCI DSS) – plus products and training for optimum network security.
“A key part of the vision of the Board of Directors is to provide an attractive working environment that meets the needs of a rapidly expanding business.
“More importantly, we feel that the space where we work is pivotal to attracting and keeping the best employees to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.”
