Outsourcing HR specialist AdviserPlus has committed to further investment in its Saltaire operation, following the continued success of its partnership with UK Asset Management Ltd (UKAR).
Working with large organisations AdviserPlus provides outsourced HR, Health and Safety and Payroll and Transactional HR solutions for large organisations and many FTSE 100 companies across the UK.
Commenting on the partnership with UKAR, chief executive of AdviserPlus, Chris Clarke, said:
“The Yorkshire region has proven to be an excellent base from which to grow our business.
“We had already retained a number of UKAR staff as a consequence of growing our relationship with UKAR and we have worked closely with them to recruit skills and expertise from the local community.
“We now have a team of eighty and with plans to increase the number of employees by an additional 20 per cent over the next 12 months.
“This adds strength to the services we can provide to UKAR and the wider business sector within the region”.
Established in 2010 UKAR work on behalf of the UK tax payer managing the assets of Northern Rock and Bradford and Bingley since they closed to new business.
HR director for UKAR Mike Dawbarn said:

“As a newly formed government owned body managing assets in excess of £60bn we needed to respond quickly to change and be able to support our staff through what could have been a challenging period.
