Yorkshire’s Vital Network Solutions joins elite band of Microsoft Cloud Partners

IT services business Vital Network Solutions has become one of only a handful of companies in Yorkshire to be awarded Microsoft’s “Cloud Accelerate” partnership status.

The affiliation recognises the Knaresborough-based company’s expertise and track record of delivering Microsoft cloud computing solutions, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite in particular, to its customers

Vital joins an elite group of only one per cent of global Microsoft partners, including just 300 in the UK to hold the accolade.

The company, which was established in 1996 and provides IT solutions to business customers throughout Yorkshire, was awarded the Cloud Accelerate Partner status after successfully advising, deploying and supporting Microsoft’s cloud and Office 365 solutions to a significant number of customers over the past 18 months placing it in this top tier of partners.

Lee Evans, managing director of Vital Network Solutions, said:

“We are delighted to add the Cloud Accelerate partner status to our list of achievements.

“It is another significant recognition of our expertise and ability to meet our client’s needs in the ever-changing technology landscape.

“Cloud computing is a big topic for businesses at the moment; we have many years’ experience providing cloud services and it is great to be able to back this up with such recognition from Microsoft.”

Over the past quarter Vital has successfully migrated a number of new and existing clients to Microsoft Office 365 – including Knaresborough’s PPSS Group and Wetherby & Tadcaster law firm Bromet Jackson Heath – reducing both cost and complexity of their IT systems whilst bringing improvements to security, performance and communication & collaboration capabilities.

Jon Roskill, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp, said:

“Attaining the Cloud Accelerate Badge demonstrates Vital’s ability to implement solutions that solve today’s customers’ business challenges utilising cloud services.

“By joining the Microsoft Cloud Accelerate program, Vital has proven its understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and is poised to drive business opportunity in today’s cloud era”.
