
A national panel of experts gathered in York for the Fifth Annual Review of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Organised by Langleys Solicitors LLP, the Fifth Annual Review featured keynote speeches by members of the panel who included High Court judge Mr Justice Baker and the Official Solicitor Alastair Pitblado.
The Review was also attended by The Right Honourable Sir James Munby.
The annual review has become a popular feature in the diaries of lawyers, judges, clinicians and social work professionals, providing them with a valuable opportunity to debate the key issues around the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the implications of latest judgments made in the Court of Protection.
