Warehouse shopping club JTF is launching its latest store on Overland Industrial Park, Gelderd Road, in Morley, tomorrow, with a little help from Leeds Rhinos legend, Keith Senior and club mascot, Ronnie the Rhino.
The two local stars will kick off the celebrations by cutting the ceremonial ribbon at 8am.
Keith and Ronnie the Rhino will be joined by JTF’s CEO, Paul McClenaghan and store manager, Gary Clarke, who will make a £250 donation towards Leeds Rugby Foundation – a charity that uses sport to make a lasting impact on individuals in the local community.
To get shoppers into the festive spirit, the warehouse will provide Christmas entertainment throughout the morning and JTF team members will be on hand with complimentary sweets and balloons for customers.
The 38,990 sq ft warehouse offers customers top branded products with huge savings on the RRP.
The new site will replace the Gelderd Cross JTF Warehouse and offer an improved shopping experience for customers.
Store manager Gary Clarke said:
“Re-locating to a new warehouse in Morley is an exciting prospect for JTF.
“We are sure both new and existing customers will agree that the new warehouse offers an enhanced product range at the same fantastic prices.
“We are very happy with our opening plans for the store; it means a lot to the JTF team that we can involve key members of the Leeds Rhinos community in the launch celebrations.”
As it is the season of goodwill, JTF will be launching a toy collection at the warehouse following the opening and inviting members of the community to donate toys for Martin House Children’s Hospice at a special collection point at the store.
Gary and his team will also donate an additional £250 worth of toys as part of their commitment to supporting the local community.
