The award, which was presented to Baker Tilly’s Corporate Finance team at an event in New Dock Hall in Leeds, recognised the firm’s work on 15 transactions worth £190m.
The deals included the management buyout of Bradford-based Airedale Group, one of the leading design and build brands in the UK food service and hospitality industry, the £45m refinancing of Allam Marine backed by Lloyds Bank and the management buyout of Contract Natural Gas backed by the Cooperative Group.

Baker Tilly has recently expanded its presence in Yorkshire following its merger with RSM Tenon in September. The firm is now one of the largest in Leeds with around 25 partners and 300 staff.
