Business owners looking to invest in 2014 have the chance to get top tips from an award-winning accountancy firm to prepare them for the year ahead.
CCF Accountancy believes next year will be an ideal time for business owners to invest in their business, so the latest in its series of free seminars will be on just that topic.
Business founder Teresa Bowe said:
“The seminar is an opportunity for us to share advice and highlight tax advantages of various business investments, which many owners do not know about.
“Investing in new technology or developing new techniques is an essential way for people to help their businesses reach their financial potential.
“Many people do not know about the tax incentives, which are a big part of the decision making process.
“This seminar will be a great way to find out how it all works and what can be achieved.
“We’re particularly aiming at established businesses, with a few employees and a turnover approaching £1m or more, who are considering investing next year.
“We want them to stop and think before making any purchases to ensure the timing is right, to fully optimise the tax reliefs available.”
There will also be a chance for people to ask questions, and talk to the CCF team individually about this or other topics.
The event takes place in the Mountbatten Suite at the Cairn Hotel on Ripon Road, Harrogate, on Monday, January 13.
It begins with a free breakfast at 8am, followed by the hour-long seminar from 8.30am.
It is open to clients and non-clients alike, and is free to attend, but places need to be booked in advance by calling CCF Accountancy on 01423 567499.
