Having great concern for the issues surrounding youth unemployment and the skills agenda, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has resolved to make a difference, and is taking very seriously its responsibility towards school and college leavers.
As part of this specific commitment and the more general aim of stimulating the local economy, the South Yorkshire Branch of the FSB is working in partnership with Barnsley College to stage an event for owners of small businesses to review progress towards establishing a 21st century workforce.
The event will take place at 5.30 to 8pm on Thursday, March 6 ch at Barnsley College.
Having local small businesses together in a single location also offers an unmissable opportunity for an exchange of views and ideas on future policies in relation to regeneration and employment.
