National growth coach, accountant Julie Robinson is growing her own team at Footprints Accountancy and Business Development this year as it expands for the second time.
The firm has doubled the size of its previous office in the move to the The Sir Reresby Rooms , located in the former stables of Renishaw Hall, on the Sheffield- Derbyshire border.
“Our new Renishaw Hall premises will give our staff and customers a lovely, relaxed working environment and suite of boardroom and meeting rooms for our customers, popular training events programme and networking.
“In fact, I understand I am the only Growth Coach in the country accredited for all three strands: finance, innovation and business development.
“We have already run bespoke courses for large global corporates and medium sized business on subjects such as margin management to their teams of sales staff this year.
“Now we will be offering additional onsite training topics including research and development, tax credits, patent box, growth accelerator, benchmarking, pricing, lending, marketing and more.”
Julie, a former bank manager and finance director set up Footprints Accountancy in 2010.
Disappointed with the traditional way that many businesses deal with their accounts- an annual hassle followed by tax and accountants bills, Julie created a bespoke service which includes financial mentoring throughout the year, building skills in the manager or team and helping the business grow and become more profitable.
“Frankly, this move will take us to a whole new level.
With 30 per cent more clients this year already and a team growing from three to eight, we are proof of growing confidence in the market.
“Banks are lending and our clients feel optimistic in growing their business and borrowing again.
“We have raised £800,000 for clients already this past year.”
