Acceleris achieves gold standard for client service

-based integrated and Communications , Acceleris, has reinforced its commitment to outstanding client service by being awarded the industry’s gold standard.

The agency has passed the audit process to achieve the Public Relations Consultants Association () Communications Management Standard – the recognised “gold standard” of service for the PR industry.

The internationally recognised CMS is the industry’s quality certification system for PR agencies and an independent assurance that Acceleris, which also has an office in central , adheres to strict standards in management, communication and service delivery.

The audit consists of eight of detailed tests related to various aspects of the business including the agency’s practices, procedures and processes.
