Regeneration specialist St Modwen has strengthened its team in Leeds with the appointment of Rob Richardson as asset and development manager.
Mr Richardson has more than 15 years’ experience in the property market having previously worked for Wykeland in Hull and King Sturge in London.
He will be responsible for driving asset management across the North, overseeing the St. Modwen industrial and office portfolio, as well as progressing development sites in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East.
“St Modwen has an excellent reputation as a regeneration expert and for taking challenging sites and turning them into thriving business and residential communities, so I am delighted to be joining the Northern team.
“With improving economic conditions in the North, I am confident we will see continuing improvement in the occupation and performance of our existing stock and I look forward to working with the team to expand development activity in the region.”
Stephen Prosser, northern regional director at St Modwen, said:
“Rob brings with him many years of experience and knowledge, which will be invaluable as we continue to add value to complex sites and make investment in new assets and income producing properties.”
