Yorkshire hotel changes hands

The Leeds Office of Colliers International has negotiated the sale of Falcon Manor Hotel, Settle, with an asking price of offers over £550,000.
The Grade II-listed Yorkshire Dales property boasts an attractive bar, dining and bedroom facilities.
The property is set in large grounds, including a delightful bowling green.

The new owner is James Warburton, owner of the James’ Places Group of Hotels and Inns.
