Yorkshire hotel changes hands

The Leeds Office of Colliers International has negotiated the sale of Falcon Manor Hotel, Settle, with an asking price of offers over £550,000.

The Grade II-listed Yorkshire Dales property boasts an attractive bar, dining and bedroom facilities.

The property is set in large grounds, including a delightful bowling green.

Peter Bean, director of Hotels, Colliers International said:

“The Falcon Manor is a magnificent eye-catching Jacobean style property serving the bustling market and tourist town of Settle, as well as the wider Dales community.

“The hotel has two bars, a function restaurant and 15 en suite letting bedrooms, as well as lovely grounds with plenty of parking, making this hotel ideal as a base for touring the Dales.”

The new owner is James Warburton, owner of the James’ Places Group of Hotels and Inns.
