Business owners and managers will be equipped with tips and advice on managing and protecting their online brand and reputation at a seminar in Sheffield.
Organised by hlw Keeble Hawson, one of the region’s largest law firms with offices in Sheffield, Leeds and Doncaster, the breakfast event takes place on October 23 at Commercial House on Commercial Street, Sheffield.
Roisin McCrory, partner at hlw Keeble Hawson and a specialist in Intellectual Property and trading online, and Carol Arthur, senior account director at Quest PR, will offer practical tips and guidance to help businesses deal with good, bad, inaccurate and defamatory online comments.
Says Roisin: “With one billion Google searches a day, no business can afford to ignore what customers, and potential customers, are saying about them on the internet.
“Negative comments can damage your brand reputation and lose your company money. While businesses can’t control third party comments, we can give them the tools to manage their online reputation.”
To book a place on the workshop, which runs from 8am-10am, please contact Clare Bowler firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0114 2906230.
