Independent estate agent group, Hunters, has completed a brand refresh, as the agency rapidly expands to become one of the major players on the national property scene and in estate agency franchising.

Having launched 21 years ago in York, Hunters have refreshed their image and logo with a clear blue and white look, yet retaining their distinctive font in HUNTERS.

At the core of this refresh are the new, cleaner and bolder For Sale and To Let boards which have been rolled out across the network of branches across the country. As a result, Hunters estimate in excess of over 10,000 new boards are out in the market place.

Commenting on the approach, Pernilla Tweddle, head of marketing at Hunters, said: “At Hunters it is important to us that we stay ahead of the curve when it comes to brand awareness, brand loyalty and attracting new business.

“We feel that the new look is fresh and contemporary and I am delighted that our customers, staff and franchise partners have all welcomed the new look and embraced the change.

“This has now been rolled out across all brand communications, including advertising, fascias, brochures, window displays and boards”.

“Alongside the unprecedented growth rate at which our network is growing, this is creating real positivity amongst our franchisees and the property markets in which they operate.

“We are expected to have over 140 offices by the end of the year – it’s exciting and busy times.”

The brand refresh was designed internally and the new boards were delivered by Screenprint & Displays Ltd, a Yorkshire company local to Hunters HQ.
