hlw Keeble Hawson’s corporate and property teams have acted in a series of deals worth over £25m for Blue Brick Healthcare which provides nursing and specialist clinical care for the elderly and for people with dementia and complex needs.
The care provider is opening a new £5.75m, 70 bedded care centre in April 2015 at Ripon, North Yorkshire and a new £5.5m, 67 bedded care centre at Stourport-on-Severn in Worcestershire late 2016, both of which will offer support within small units.
Delivering specialist care at The Wolds Care Centre at Louth in Lincolnshire since 2012, the business also has planning permission to offer similar accommodation in Newark on Trent with further sites in Rotherham and Doncaster.
