Leeds-based CCL will be showcasing its post-tensioning and repair and strengthening capabilities for bridges at the 23rd Annual Bridges Conference & Exhibition at The Point, in Old Trafford, Manchester.
Bridges 2015 is on Wednesday 25 March and will feature a series of high-quality presentations from specialists in the industry, top-level engineers and bridge owners.
Delegates will be able to see CCL’s range of services for the repair and maintenance of bridges and its comprehensive bridge bearing package, which includes the inspection, design, supply, refurbishment and replacement of bearings.
On show will also be the company’s post-tensioning expertise in bridges, a technique which gives longer, more slender spans with fewer supports and minimises the problems of cracking to improve structural durability and longevity.
Examples of CCL’s repair and strengthening services including sprayed concrete, cathodic protection along with specialist grouting and concrete repair will also be featured on its stand.
Bridges 2015 is at The Point; Lancashire County Cricket Club’s £12 million conference and event venue.
In the event’s exhibition area delegates will get to see the latest technology and services specific to the bridge engineering and asset management sector.
The event will also provide attendees with the opportunity to network with peers and find new business contacts.
