The developers of a major new scheme for North Northallerton are putting their plans on display next Monday.
The scheme includes a new link road and bridge over the railway line.
Mulberry Homes, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey are conducting the consultation exercise before submitting a planning application for the proposals to Hambleton District Council.
Council officers have been working with them on the plans which include homes, a new school, playing fields and allotments to the east of Darlington Road and west of Stokesley Road – as well as the new road and bridge.
It will see Northallerton expand over the next 15 years.
The public is being invited to check out the plans at an exhibition at the Golden Lion Hotel in Northallerton from 2pm – 9pm on Monday April 13.
