DLA Piper has promoted Yorkshire lawyers to its partnership.
The lawyers promoted are Matthew Duncombe, IPT, Leeds; Vikki McKay, Real Estate, Sheffield; and Barney Smedley, Restructuring, Leeds.
Across the firm’s practice groups globally, Corporate saw the largest intake of new partners with ten promotions, followed by Litigation & Regulatory with nine and Intellectual Property & Technology with eight promotions. The Real Estate and Finance & Projects groups had six promotions each with a further two in Employment and one in Tax.
There were 20 promotions in the United States, nine in the United Kingdom, eight across Continental Europe, one in the Middle East, four in Asia and a further two in Australia.
