Redbrik reports increase in property sales

A Sheffield estate is celebrating an increase in property sales

, which have offices in Chesterfield, Millhouses and , have recorded an 81 per cent average increase in house transactions per month between November 2014 and February 2015, despite the reporting a significant drop in sales during this period.

Indeed in February 2015 Redbrik sales were up by 78 per cent year on year.

Between November last year and February this year, the Land Registry has announced that nationally transactions were on average 21 per cent down for the same period a year earlier.

Relatively new on the regional property scene, Redbrik launched nearly two years ago in Chesterfield. The company has quickly become established as a real key player and has achieved phenomenal growth in a saturated market.
